UX Exercise: Multi-chat
As a personal challenge, I ran an exercise of researching and exploring solutions for a common behavior I found where users tends to chat with multiple people at the same time.

Problem
Looking for a problem to solve, I found an stadistic about how young people tend to have multiple conversation at the same time, but applications make the transition between conversation a non-intuitive task (at that time).
Hypothesis
After analyzing gesture patterns, UX would improve if users could switch between conversation with a simple swip action, and each person is easily identified with a color. Here the interactive prototype
Results
This only was a concept for learning purposes. This exercise was documented in this article which received positive responses.
After exploration of common modern patterns, user could change conversation swiping on the screen.
